This might sound simple. But drinking lots of water helps. Drink water each time before you eat. You will want to eat less and feel full quicker.

Yeah, the good ones are often dangerous. Cider vinegar and water dont do shyt.

If you can get ahold of some ADD meds, that would be your best bet.

Ask your doctor. You need to getting something tailored specifically for your needs. I personally wouldn' touch them.

I agree with the water thing. Also, coffee is a wonderful appetite suppressant.

water is a natural appetite suppressant. Just consult your MD before trying out anything since it might damage your kidney or your intestine in the long run.
