Checking in! I haven't been on, but I've been able to meditate daily but not listen to my affirmations. I want to do yoga. I'll make time to do it this weekend. I meditated this morning, and so far my day is going ok.

I've been inconsistent with yoga lately but I'm hoping to get back into a regular practice. Today I did YWA Breath day 20 and finished the FWFG Rest series.

Ohhhh please put me in the next group! I’m totally interested in mediation/manifestation. I’m not sure how to really meditate and shut my brain up lol!!

Ok so today I did a 10 minutes yoga, but omg at the 2:45 mark called "thread the needle" I landed on my side and I lmao.

I've been doing yoga every day consistently. I meditated this morning and will also do a sleep meditation tonight.

Unable to do Yoga nor Meditation after my Covid vaccine, with the severe headache and body ache I just wanted to sleep...

Tonight I completed YWA Yoga for Mood Swings. I know it's almost that time

Will meditate before bed.

Ive successful in doing yoga every day this week! And I hit my goal of meditating 3x week. Meditating for sleep is so underrated.

Last night completed YWA Yoga for Relaxation and a meditation for anxiety.

This evening will do Return To Kemets Self Love yoga and a self love mediation for Venus Day.
