Hey y'all,

I'm looking for an app where I can log my exercises, and also (preferably) can put my exercises on a schedule.

Like, i.e., I can log which times of cardio or strength training exercises I did on the app, and it'll show it on a calendar view when I click on it, AND I can see on a day like....if Mondays are cardio day, and Tuesdays yoga, Wednesdays strength training, etc., it'll show that on the calendar too. So, basically, a 'routines' app that also lets me log which exact exercises I did!

Anyone know of any? Or, at least, which exercise logging apps do you use?

Thank you :)

I’ve used MyFitnessPal alongside the Fitbit app (since I have a Fitbit) for years to log both exercise and food/water.

My Fitness Pal is good but I'd also recommended getting a fitness tracker like an Apple Watch. It automatically detects when you are working out and you can sync it up to MyFitnessPal so you don't have to input anything

I use the Strong app. You input what exercise you want to do, how many sets/reps. It tracks what you did from the previous workout as well. I pay for it so I can make unlimited workouts, but there is a free version too.

I’ll check it out, thank you!!
