Except that’s not how oppression works. I haven’t eaten in 6 hours. I’m hungry. Somewhere in Kentucky, a poor child hasn’t eaten in 2 days. Knowing that doesn’t make me any less hungry. She's not entirely wrong.
I do see a lot of women in privileged positions and more developed countries who scream about their oppression while ignoring that, generally speaking, they have far more freedom and autonomy and are in a far less vulnerable position than many other women globally -- females who have been denied access to basic education, who have had their genitals mutilated, who were married off to adult men as children, who were victims to xes trafficking, etc ... However, she's also actively ignoring that oppression in and of itself is broad and there is nuance and potentially being in a better position so far as xes-based rights goes doesn't mean that there isn't still work to be done or that we are free of oppression either just because we happen to live in "A" instead of "B".
A HUGE point. But don’t tell the chronically victimised that, then they’d have nothing to b!tch aboutTo be honest ... She does have a point.
She didn't even specify which Congo. This b added Congo for ??
She's not even African.
I heard it’s real bad for black women in France, Germany, and the uk tooBest countries to be a *white woman. I’ve heard at the misogynoir Black women in Norway, Sweden, and the U.K. have to deal with and these studies most definitely gloss over those facts.

I don’t date white menfunny cause all you hear from American black women is how great those countries are for dating particularly white men

This woman is a thirsty pick-me. She's always siding with racists btw & loves to be that POC who "goes against the grain" and is never on-code. Check her repertoire.
She is a thirstbucket reject who is yet to be chosen for her outlandish attention-seeking antics.
I see where you thought you were going with this but hunger and oppression are two different things. But let’s go by your example. Yes, knowing that someone else is starving wouldn’t make you any less hungry but you have access to immediately resolve your hunger whereas the child on so many different levels doesn’t. It’s the same concept. When you go to the hospitals ER they wouldn’t have someone who is having a heart Attack next to someone who broke their hand. It’s both pain but you would look at the person w the broke hand Wild asl if they started complaining that they were there longer than the person going under cardiac arrest so they should be seen first.Except that’s not how oppression works. I haven’t eaten in 6 hours. I’m hungry. Somewhere in Kentucky, a poor child hasn’t eaten in 2 days. Knowing that doesn’t make me any less hungry.
I know about what's happening in Eastern DR Congo. I actually thought of it but they are more victimes of war than because they are women. But yeah, i guessDevil's advocate here...
Have you heard about the experiences of women in Eastern Congo (DRC)?
I don't even think I could stomach it enough to talk about it here.
