She’s a biracial bajan/south Asian woman that is extremely self hating because she aligns her self with white supremacist political views.

The pick meism is strong in this one. She’s the final pick me boss you have to face in the video game.

She's half Pakistani. I see that was left out. She is mixed raced. She is not Black.

OP wanted Black women to be dragged. That why they used Black woman in the title and didn't mention her being half Pakistani.

Las wasn't even mentioned

Another strong case of "It didn't happen to me personally, so it must not have happened to anyone" or "If something bad happened to you, you must have asked for it."

Best countries to be a *white woman. I’ve heard at the misogynoir Black women in Norway, Sweden, and the U.K. have to deal with and these studies most definitely gloss over those facts.

She's not entirely wrong.
I do see a lot of women in privileged positions and more developed countries who scream about their oppression while ignoring that, generally speaking, they have far more freedom and autonomy and are in a far less vulnerable position than many other women globally -- females who have been denied access to basic education, who have had their genitals mutilated, who were married off to adult men as children, who were victims to xes trafficking, etc ... However, she's also actively ignoring that oppression in and of itself is broad and there is nuance and potentially being in a better position so far as xes-based rights goes doesn't mean that there isn't still work to be done or that we are free of oppression either just because we happen to live in "A" instead of "B".

Except that’s not how oppression works. I haven’t eaten in 6 hours. I’m hungry. Somewhere in Kentucky, a poor child hasn’t eaten in 2 days. Knowing that doesn’t make me any less hungry.

I wasn’t going to listen at first, but glad I did. I did not see anything wrong with what she said.

This woman is a thirsty pick-me. She's always siding with racists btw & loves to be that POC who "goes against the grain" and is never on-code. Check her repertoire.

She is a thirstbucket reject who is yet to be chosen for her outlandish attention-seeking antics.

This woman is multiracial, not black. She's trying to convince women that covert oppression is better than overt oppression. I guess this is another game of oppression Olympics. Women have more freedom in western countries but they are still oppressed.

If she wanted to be an advocate for the opressed, she would have devoted her post to these women and their various challenges, but she chose to use them to attack another group.

She is your typical male identified light skinned woman. She was not lying, but there are degrees to things.

I can understand where she is coming from. But I feel that she is thinking of oppression as a black and white issue when instead it is intricately intertwined into the fabric of our times.

When women say they are oppressed by men, they are talking about a system that favours men over women. Women aren't saying that Jim down the road is solely responsible for the oppression.

And oppression works within other systems such as capitalism. The fact that women are able to work and buy property isn't because men now all of the sudden respect us, it is because women can produce goods, make money and then spend said money lining the pockets of big business.

Women's oppression globally changes to the environment that they live in.

I do not believe that white men in Europe are any less sold on the system of the patriarchy and women's oppression than men in Asia.

The women's liberation movement was not that long ago.

Plus, I see a new violent wave of misogyny brewing amongst the disenfranchised undereducated and underemployed working-class men of the west but people don't want to think about that.

I see where you thought you were going with this but hunger and oppression are two different things. But let’s go by your example. Yes, knowing that someone else is starving wouldn’t make you any less hungry but you have access to immediately resolve your hunger whereas the child on so many different levels doesn’t. It’s the same concept. When you go to the hospitals ER they wouldn’t have someone who is having a heart Attack next to someone who broke their hand. It’s both pain but you would look at the person w the broke hand Wild asl if they started complaining that they were there longer than the person going under cardiac arrest so they should be seen first.

Devil's advocate here...

Have you heard about the experiences of women in Eastern Congo (DRC)?
I don't even think I could stomach it enough to talk about it here.
I know about what's happening in Eastern DR Congo. I actually thought of it but they are more victimes of war than because they are women. But yeah, i guess
