I am starting to see these 360 photo booths getting more and more popular.

would you invest in this business?

Buy the Best 360 Photo Booths for Sale, Portable, Factory-Direct

these are popular for wedding receptions and birthday parties.

the company is called revospin and it’s about $2500 for the software, camera and spinner. Then $2500 for the enclosure to make the setup look professional.

About a $5000 investment and they say you can charge about $500 each rental setup.

If you are already in the event business or event equipment business, this could be a great add on.
Are you in the event business or have a customer base to market this service to?
How is the demand in your area for events right now?

It's a passing fad. Like the above poster said; if you have an event planning business it would be a good investment. You can make a mill off it, if you hustle hard.

I think it's a good idea. I've wanted one for my own personal use, when I saw it on IG a month ago. The only thing is, it's expensive af for a camera that just swivels around on a platform

I wonder if Aliexpress will make a more affordable dupe (for personal use)

I doubt it. I was just looking into it for someone and vendors are charging $1,800+ and there weren’t many manufacturers that makes them.

But I agree with the above posters OP, it can be a great addition if you already your hand in event planning..or if you are planning to offer other services for events...

Depending on your market, how you promote your service and how you schedule your slots, you could make youre investment back in a week. Especially with wedding season coming up.

It looks like it uses people's cell phones to take the video. I can see the appeal to that, but that also means you have to have someone there to help people and run the thing. That's really going to cut into how profitable each rental is.

I can see it working out for someone that already has an events business. I would not want to solely be renting out the 360 video thing as a business. It seems like too much of a fad to actually base a business off of it.
