i can 'praise' or 'defend' but i'm not treating them like a deity. you see people in this thread rating my posts bc i'm not sadden by this pr nonsense

So what you are saying is if I look at your post history I wont see you praising or defending any celebrity ever. Because this would apply to all of them.

Black panther has given hope and affirmation that we as black people have a connection that is much stronger than what we have been lead to believe. The impact of this film has given so many black children a positive intake and a hero to look up to. So that history does not get lost? We are more resilient, prosperous and stronger than what the white media has perpetuated.

Together we rise.

I remember watching this clip and feeling a certain way. @1.59 Chadwick Boseman begins to tear up as he speaks on how one of the young boys (suffering from cancer) didn't make it. The news must have hit a little bit too close to home for him.

He was a true warrior. Despite the fact that he was unwell, he still showed up, kept his head down and did some really good work. He had this way of moving, I loved him best in 21st Bridge, I remember looking at him and thinking..."he moves so beautifully, I wonder who his movement coach was".

Thank you for the good times you gave us. RIP.

And to think he was two years into his own stage III diagnosis with cancer.

I see his performance in Black Panther in a whole new light. The energy and focus it must’ve taken out of him to do that role which meant so much to so many.

It’s called destiny

this clip should be moved to the main thread so others can see it.

His death has really affected me. And knowing how he has been giving more than 100% since 2016.
And what he accomplished. We can all learn from him.
His movies from Get up on it til now you see his dedication and work ethic.
Life comes at you fast.
God truly decides.
Rest in Power

That’s what I was thinking earlier. It seems as if he was meant to do that, to take on that role and leave such a legacy.

I can’t wrap my head around how he managed to accomplish so much with the weight of his diagnosis on his shoulders. That video... man. I shed some tears with him.

This is going to be my last sad Chad video. This is the full version of the interview. Don't watch unless you're okay with having a sad moment. I never watched the full interview. I was reading comments under the short clip on YouTube and someone mentioned that Chad actually left the interview and didn't return. At 40:40 is where the clip continues if you watched the short clip. Chadwick put his head down again and Lupita and Danai tried to comfort him. The next question was for Danai and Ryan. When Ryan began to speak at 41:30, he joked that Chad had him in his feelings. Chadwick said he was going to step away. Ryan and Danai were the only cast members whose expressions could be seen. They were concerned for Chadwick. Of course, Chadwick was thinking about his own situation.

After seeing this interview, I know that Chadwick will be an excellent father one day. He seems so loving and compassionate talking about the inspiration of the children who were so excited about the Black Panther. Awww; #GiveHugsNotDrugs.:glad:glad:glad:glad:glad:happy:happy
*tears go here*
