Bread, easily. I buy some and I usually bake my own (nearly finished some soda bread I made). Soon will need to replenish my rye flour.

Most rice I've bought and tried has a bland flavour (and I've tried: white, brown, red, black and wild) and the pasta I eat nowadays isn't your standard wheat but more the chickpea, red lentils and peas varieties.

We eat rice with almost every meal. I'm on a coconut milk kick right now so I pour a little in and it is so good. Sometimes I'll use a chicken bouillon cube. But normally I season with salt and butter.

Anything made with flour, I devour.
Pasta is ok. Rice however, is horrible. That grainy white/brown thing sliding down my throat HECK NO.

I love rice. I eat it so much. I’ve even thought about opening a restaurant that only serves different type of rice dishes. Every time I try to cut it out, it finds it way back on my plate somehow. Smh!

My carbs come from vegetables and fruit primarily. Sweet potato, apple, beets, broccoli, etc.

If I have some sort of grain, I limit to 1 cup max per day. that is usually organic oatmeal or organic quinoa or black rice.

I don’t eat wheat pasta, bread or rice. I’ll use califlower rice or zoodles.

even without grain, my daily carbs are around 80-100 grams.

I don’t eat the standard grains or starch (wheat bread or pasta, corn, white or brown rice, white potatoes, starchy beans) outside of cheat days.
