I can’t wear makeup because it sits on top of my skin now. My skin has gotten really dry because of meds. I need new serums and moisturizers. Any recs?

My suggestion is to visit your dermatologist first before trying anything over the counter besides maybe a little vaseline. Dry skin can be very finicky and you don't want to do anything to make it worse or cause other skin problems.

A low pH cleanser and a barrier repairing moisturizer. Hado Labo might be a good idea.

When I was on accutane I did several layers of hydrating products.
Hydrating cleanser, followed by a hydrating Toner, (two to 3 layers) hydrating serum and then a thick moisturizer. I also used a moisturizing sunscreen. I was still able to use my matte foundations without a problem.

I used cervae cleanser, innisfree green tea Toner and serum, first aid beauty cream and super goop daily defense spf.
