Reality TV Birds are my fav!
I love embracing all body types. I get tired of consuming ideas that women are supposed to have "X" body type and not encourage us to be healthy and happy.
Health is the most important aspect!!!! Idc what you look like, as long as you are healthy!!!
The way you look is not an accurate factor in health!!!
I mentioned certain pieces in another thread but
go to a good doctor
Don't blow off anything better safe than sorry
Don't let anyone tell you how to feel about your body
Embrace your flaws!!! Realize that people have died trying to have every inch of their being perfect
A woman at my church died at 42 from a massive heart attack (she was not over weight ijs to remove the stereotypes) her mother who recently suffered a stroke found her dead. She hadn't been to a doctor in years, didn't work out, didn't eat healthy and didn't know she had heart disease (#1 killer of women). She leaves behinds two kids (under 15 I believe) and a husband. She was the youngest of 9 kids. Her family is still shocked. Their thanksgiving was disorganized this year, (she died about a month ago) my mother asked partly because my grandfather (her father) past away last Christmas and this was the first thanksgiving without him. He was 88 and had good health until the last 2 weeks but the woman was 42 and past suddenly. Her life was cut short. I know we can't foresee everything, but we should try to prevent as much as possible.
Take care of yourselves ladies!!!!!
