Are you a Fergie fan? Do you feel oppressed for your love of the most ginger royal ever? Do you have nothing but respect for a woman who has spent two decades as a professional couch crasher in palaces? Do you too wish you could divorce your ex and still have his family bail you out financially? Are you envious of her boldness to make Duchess branded.. well, anything and everything? Do you also wish you had the confidence to list your occupation as “Spokesperson, Author, Producer and Humanitarian” on LinkedIn?

If this is true, welcome to your safe place.

You’re home, my dear. Celebrate your favorite mooch and her ill-gotten gains with friends.

Fergie is despicable, but she's like a mafia wife, a down ass b!tch *Ja Rule voice* The way she's been able to finesse the royal family for thirty years is amazing.

But she was a hideous dresser in her heyday. She looks much better now. And she's another one who tried Diana cosplay.

I can't decide between becoming a Weight Watchers spokeswoman and spilling her tea on Oprah all the time or when she got caught trying to sell access to Andrew and the royals said nothing!

She’s clearly the under-appreciated family member. In particular, Prince Philip has issue with her for her small misunderstandings, like infidelity, money for introductions, toe sucking on camera, and her creativity in leveraging the remnants of her Duchess title.

OMG OP, I was about to create a thread for her!:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: I was going to call it The Messiest: Fergie & Tessy De Nassau (Unpopular Opinion/Discussion thread).

But I'm happy that you created this thread to celebrate the one and only true scammer, Fergie, Duchess of York

I mean I seriously think that the Brits have no sense of standards or pride. She has been using them left right and centre like John Mayer uses divorcées for two-bit songs.

So here is for the scammer like no other, Fergie Ferg.

Poor Diana is getting swaggerjacked and imitated by everyone. Her sister in law and then scammer in training Ferg. The other sister in law, Sophie. And her daughter in law, Kate.

Do these women have no originality?

Ok tbqh Ferg has some originality. I don't know if I could ever come up with as many derived products as she does. What thing hasn't she slapped the words Duchess of York on?

Nobody was fµck!ng with Fergie at that time lol.

I am sure that the only reason why she had been roaming around with Andrew at royal events was because they traded in joining in creating bad press for the Sussexes in return for Fergie not being messy by siding with them. Which makes her all the more trash because Harry made that gesture of inviting her to the wedding (though her ungrateful ass griped about not getting an invite to the reception).

I will say that she got prettier after the divorce. She lost some of the baby fat.

Girl, when she saw this headline I'm sure she hit up the nearest gym right away. It was the only time I genuinely felt bad for her scamming azz...

Ya know that the Duchess of Scams, has a royal wardrobe dignified of her elite scammery.
@Lee87 shared something about Fergie's grifting ways yesterday in the Swirl thread, but as this is Sarah, Duchess of Living Waaays above her means's official thread, I thought I'd take the plunge and share two articles from the Daily Fail here.

Duchess of York received £500,000 in 'unexplained' loans from Lord Grade's troubled entertainment company, court hears as troubled firm goes into administration
  • Gate Ventures loaned Ferguson £287,577 and further £232,003 to her company
  • Shareholder Zheng Youngxiong is allegedly owed £2.5million by the company
  • Sarah Ferguson is former director of company but resigned in December 2019
  • The High Court yesterday ordered the firm to enter administration
By Isabella Nikolic For Mailonline

A theatre company chaired by Conservative peer Lord Grade was placed into administration yesterday after a court heard how a Hong Kong tycoon with links to the Royal Family ran up an expense account totalling almost £5million.

Businessman Dr Johnny Hon invoiced the ‘simply extraordinary’ sum of £4.7million to Gate Ventures, now chaired by Lord Grade, when he acted as chairman before the former BBC boss took over in December 2017.

Gate Ventures has invested in West End shows including Sunset Boulevard and 42nd Street, as well as a string of obscure films in the Far East.

Zheng Yongxiong - known as Quentin - and the Duchess of York, pictured together in Windsor in 2017 applied for administrators to be brought in and claims an investigation into loans and payments given out by the company is necessary

The Duchess of York was a director of the company before stepping down in December.

The High Court in London heard that Gate Ventures, was in ‘complete disarray’ and had lost £19million out of £24million invested.

This had come mostly come from 3,500 small Chinese investors who had been wowed by the presence of the duchess and Grade at glitzy roadshows in the Far East, where they ‘played to packed audiences.’ Quentin Zheng, a Chinese businessman, launched an application to place the company into administration on the basis that he was unable to recoup a £2.5million loan.

In response, Lord Grade said Gate Ventures had in fact fallen victim to a ‘serious fraud’ committed by Mr Zheng, who had promised investment of £7.5million following the Far East roadshows, which has never materialised.

The former ITV executive chairman then dramatically accused the tycoon of ‘organising and leading pyramid selling activities’ in China.

Gate Ventures loaned Sarah Ferguson £287,577 and loaned £232,003 to her tea, dinnerware and jewellery company, Ginger & Moss, according to court documents seen by The Guardian

However after three days of evidence, Judge Sebastian Prentis took control of Gate’s assets out of the directors’ hands and placed the company into administration after divulging details of Dr Hon’s spending.

The court heard that Dr Hon, who has paid the Queen’s grandchildren Peter Phillips and Zara Tindall as well as the duchess to work for his companies, charged Gate Ventures around £2.9million for various meetings with celebrities.

Judge Prentis said: ‘Dr Hon has been billing himself as a man of influence through the use of company money. That is not the purpose for which these small Chinese investors paid their money in to the company.’ He cited a £6,500 bill for lunch with fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger and a $1,000 shopping spree; thousands for lunch with Prince Albert of Monaco; £12,293 for a meeting with Manchester United’s Paul Pogba and a £4,000 piano lesson.

Judge Prentis said that an hour’s ‘training session’ with a Victoria’s Secret model in New York might have been ‘a very invigorating occasion for everybody’, but it was not ‘immediately recognisable as company business.’ During his tenure, Dr Hon also charged Gate Ventures for meetings with Hollywood icons Robert De Niro, Al Pacino and Julia Roberts and lunch with the ambassadors of Romania and Malta

Administrators probe £520,000 loans made to the Duchess of York from Lord Grade’s troubled entertainment company
  • Duchess was a director of the company between July 2017 and December 2019
  • She received a £290,000 personal loan from Gate, while Ginger & Moss, a tea company that she set up, received a loan of £232,000
  • Loss-making theatre investments linked to Lord Grade of Yamouth are also being investigated

The administrators of an entertainment company are investigating a number of unexplained transactions, including over half a million pounds in loans made to the Duchess of York.

Insolvency practitioners from Quantuma are looking into the loans written by Gate Ventures to the duchess, who was a former director of the company, along with loss-making theatre investments linked to Lord Grade of Yarmouth, 77, the Chair of Gate, as reported by The Times.

The Duchess of York, 60, was a director of the company between July 2017 and stepped down in December.

Insolvency practitioners from Quantuma are investigating loss-making theatre investments linked to Lord Grade of Yamouth, 77, the Chair of Gate and former boss of the BBC

She received a £290,000 personal loan from Gate, while Ginger & Moss, a tea company that she set up, received a loan of £232,000.

'Ginger . . . has not achieved material sales to date. We are investigating loans which have been made, together with how best to optimise this investment for the benefit of creditors,' administrators recorded in proposals filed at Companies House.

The duchess is understood to believe that Gate also owes her money and is said to be in discussions with administrators.

The business was placed in administration in March after it failed to fend of a High Court claim from Zheng Youngxiong, an investor who claimed that the business owes him £2.5 million.

The High Court in London heard that Gate Ventures, was in ‘complete disarray’ and had lost £19million out of £24million invested.

An administrator from Moore Kingston Smith is examining counter-claims made by Gate concerning Mr Zheng's conduct.

Gate was founded in 2015 by songwriter and entrepreneur Geoff Morrow, and has backed West End theatre shows including 42nd Street and Sunset Boulevard.

Gate Ventures has invested in West End shows including Sunset Boulevard and 42nd Street, as well as a string of obscure films in the Far East.

Administrators found the company 'made a number of theatre investments which have generated significant losses.

The most notable of these was in 42nd Street.

Insolvency practitioners from Quantuma said 'they were investigating the books and records of an entity called GL(42nd ST) with the 'co-operation of the directors of that company'. Lord Grade, the former boss of the BBC, is among the directors of GL(42nd ST).

Other investigations include investments associated with Gate's former Chairman Johnny Hon.

The High Court in March heard how Businessman Dr Johnny Hon invoiced the ‘simply extraordinary’ sum of £4.7million to Gate Ventures.

MailOnline has been unable to contact the Duchess of York to date and has contacted representatives for Lord Michael Grade for comment.

Gate Ventures told MailOnline. 'Gate Directors have been advised to refer all Gate matters to the administrators Quantuma and hence they are unable to provide any comments at this time.'

The History of Gate Ventures
Gate Ventures was founded in 2015 by songwriter and entrepreneur Geoff Morrow.

It has invested in West End shows including Sunset Boulevard and 42nd Street, as well as a string of obscure films in the Far East.

The Duchess of York joined Gate in 2017 as an executive director 'to assist with the branding and marketing of its products and productions'.

Lord Grade of Yarmouth, the former BBC boss, was appointed chairman of Gate in December 2017.

The firm posted a £2.7million loss for the year ended June 30, 2019.

In August 2019 the company had to fend off administration attempts by the investor, Zheng Yongxiong.

At the end of September, the High Court in London threw out the lender's application to put the company into administration.

The Duchess of York stepped down as director in December 2019.

The company was placed into administration on March 12.

The business was placed in administration after it failed to fend of a High Court claim from Zheng Youngxiong, an investor who claimed that the business owes him £2.5 million.

In May, insolvency practitioners from Quantuma began looking into the loans written by Gate Ventures to the duchess.

I feel sorry for her when she was married to Prince Andrew. Due to his army duties, she only saw him 40 times out of the year. Also, they had to live off his military salary plus whatever was left over paying staff from what the Queen gave them. Also, everything she did was criticized by the press. She would do the exact same thing as Diana, but would get criticized. The reason being was because of rank. Which is what I've argued about Harry and Meghan's situation.

this is the documentary I watched:

Oh, and does this sound familiar?

Though the media tends to prefer the “scandal” narrative, Fergie herself insists the true reason behind the end of her marriage was much more palatable. “I didn't want a divorce but had to because of circumstance,” she told Harper’s Bazaar in 2007. "I wanted to work; it's not right for a princess of the royal house to be commercial, so Andrew and I decided to make the divorce official so I could go off and get a job." In 2009 Fergie told New York magazine that due to Andrew’s naval duties she only saw him 40 days a year for the first five years of their marriage.
