George Foreman joins Max on Boxing as he reflects on his historic career. Foreman says he understands what it takes to reinvent a career as he moved on from boxing and is now a salesman. Foreman weighs in on boxers today including Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury. Foreman finishes by saying he never wanted to fight Mike Tyson who was a "monster" in the ring.

I always laugh when people say that Tyson would have destroyed Ali. Foreman was Tyson before the world knew there was a Mike Tyson.

People see this huggable, cuddly
lovable preacher in his cute tv advertisements. But George Foreman in his heyday was a menacing, ferocious beast. People thought he would literally kill Ali if they fought.

Don’t get me wrong, Mike was and still remains a monster. But Foreman was the bully of bullies before the Rumble In The Jungle.

Foreman was the baddest man on the planet back in the day. He was a scary dude. A never smiling, big, strong, brutal man who happened to be a savage in the ring.

Today, he's like Americas most modest person and would probably be the richest man on the planet if he'd get one dollar everytime he smiles.

Foreman would've fought Tyson in a heartbeat at any time in his career, even the older version in the 90s.
