If you're a woman of reproductive age...stay far away.

This has the potential to be incredibly damaging if taken as a lifestyle.

I did for a short period and it didn't last. And I didn't like that I was consuming too many meat products.

Too much protein is not good for your body. Try eating more nutrient-rich fruits and vegetables, healthy grains/nuts instead. It's better for the body. And do it as a lifestyle, not a diet.

It sounds like a PSMF. I've done it before to lean out, but it's nothing pleasant to do for more than a week. There is no winging this like keto. You have to follow a strict protocol of carefully measured macronutrients. Because you are eliminating so much from your diet, correct supplementation is crucial. Without covering these bases, the effects can be pretty dangerous. Just look up rabbit starvation.

Even with everything perfectly laid out, the mood swings, energy dips, insomnia, and hyper-fixation on food is not worth it. It's generally not recommended for those who are not obese. Even if you are, there are far less painful ways of getting your weight down that will actually last.

Yeah but it's not low fat. Somewhat high protein (I try to get 75-100g a day), moderately high fat, and low carb (120g or less a day). I feel crazy hungry if I don't get enough protein. I exercise 6x a week. I gotta still have carbs and fats. I couldn't go lower than what I already listed above. I would find myself face down in a cake if I didn't have some carbs/fats.

As @Sade N. Freude mentioned upthread

It is PSMF

Many of the "paid diet plans do it."

The best version of it is Rapid Fat Loss - by Lyle McDonald.

Lyle can be an asshole but he knows what he's talking about. You have to supplement correctly.

His plan is someone individualized by how much weight you need to lose He has you strength train for two days and walk as much as possible.

RFL is difficult but it works. The most important part is that It also transitions you to a "normal" way of eating (diet)

I know a few people that did it very successfully. Lost significant fat in a short period of time and - maintained muscle.

ETA it is only viable for a short period of time. It's not a "normal" base diet.

WHat is PSMF?

Ive heard of Stillman(which i think low fat and low carb diet is)

It actually seems simple to follow. Only lean meats, like chicken breast and lean fish, some eggs.

Ive been eating lots of fruits and veggies and my weight wont budge.

I am kind of leaning cutting out the fruit. It is very easy to go overboard with fruit.

No and please remember excess protein gets converted into glucose anyway. You should eat a high fat (fat type matters), high fiber, moderate protein and low carb diet.

I stick to berries. There’s a lot of sugar in most fruit. Grapes are a no. Bananas, apples, mango, etc. only once or twice a week.

I'm on this. High protein, low-ish carb (usually 50g max), low fat, low-sugar, low-salt.
This has been my way of eating more-or-less since late July 2019.

Adding fruit and veggies is an excellent start to turning your eating habits around, but not quite enough to move the needle. Watching your portion sizes, tracking calories, exercising, hydration, and rest are all key habits to incorporate and master. No diet will stick long term if you don't get these down first.

There really isn’t anything wrong with unprocessed fats.

No, what works best for me is highish protein, moderate carb, moderate fat.

I love stillmans. This is same thing. I noticed it’s harder to go overboard on this style of diet. I love keto to get me back on track, but work my way down to lower fat.
