Flyin Air Bronco Like Diddy
$TSNP is listed in OTC Markets, which has much less credibility than NYSE or NASDAQ. Reason being that the compliance requirements aren’t very rigorous. Typically, I stay shy of OTC stocks due to the risk and high likelihood of fraud. To understand the scale of the shenanigans that occurs over at OTC... think of the movie Wolf of Wall Street. Jordan Belfort played in this arena and subsequently got indicted by the feds. All this to say, I’m not a financial advisor, this is not financial advice and I’m simply telling you about a company.
Tesoro Enterprises or $TSNP is a holding company that has spent the majority of its career focusing on construction materials. It’s been announced that they intend to merge with HUMBL is a mobile wallet - think Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo - that focuses on cash driven economies (think emerging markets) transition to digital. The CEO emphasis’ that they didn’t create HUMBL for the 450 Million people using the services listed above... they created this platform for the 7 Billion people who do not.
Without going into much detail and give you an opportunity to do your own due diligence, the HUMBL executive team has experience working for major companies ... Western Union, Moneygram, Visa, American Express, Epson, Microsoft, Facebook and Qualcomm. Forbes listed them as a start up to watch.
I’m more interested in their corporate advisor, George Sharp. This gentleman has spent the majority of his career analyzing OTC companies and calling them out for fraud. Look him up, he is well respected in this arena and actually brought the two companies together. He’s confirmed that there will be PR releases on Tuesday/Thursday of most weeks - which means some nice swing trading could occur with the right catalyst.
I’ll write more later, but wanted to provide some insight.
