Please share your hot sauce recommendations.

Right now my hot sauce of choice is Eaton’s West Indian Hot Mustard Sauce, but I want to try more hot sauces.

Marie Sharp's
It's a hot sauce from Belize. When I went to Belize a few years ago, I loved it and then on the way back to Belize City was able to stop at the factory. The grapefruit habanero, beware, and smoking hot are sooooo good.

This is the best hot sauce I’ve had in a very long time:

It’s truffle infused. I like truffles and truffle oil, so I love it. If you’re not a fan of truffles/truffled flavored foods, I wouldn’t recommend. It’s on the pricey side for hot sauce ($20) but it’s worth it in my opinion.

I put it on pizza, ramen, sardines, etc— basically, I put it on whatever I can to improve the flavor of something. It’s the prefect amount of heat and truffle flavor.

I only use Crystal and Tabasco. There was a cajun place in my city that carried about a hundred varieties of hot sauce, but covid hit before I could go back.

I like hot sauces where you can taste the actual fruit of the peppers and the heat is on the back of your tongue. Not these weak ass hot sauces where you only taste it on the tip; that's an irritating hot sauce experience.

I also love Sriracha and Frank's for wings

I first bought this a few years ago and it was so good then stores stop carrying it. In 2019, I found it on Amazon and now I buy multiple bottles at a time. The Original Louisiana Hot Sauce we did buy often don't get used regularly now. Zatarain's Cajun Hot Sauce is da bomb!

Another hot sauce, well more like a pepper sauce is called "Dat Sauce" from Louisiana. Everybody palate is different so what may be mild to one may be spicy to someone else.

I tried Crystal's for the first time recently and I did like it on some fried fish.

My favorite is El Yucateco

EL YUCATECO SAUCE HABANERO XTRA HOT, 4 OZ (4-Pack)
I like using this when I make tacos and prefer the tortilla heated directly over the fire and charred a bit. That char flavor with this sauce and good seasoned beef and toppings is so good.

Do they sell it in bottles? Cause those Lil packets are not enough.
