Please help me find a good kinky straight wig I can wear everyday, I’ve been searching non stop for days and I’m tired.

My hair is falling due to stress and PCOS, my hairline is also starting to recede ugh y’all please help. I need something that will give my hair and scalp a break so that I can grow it back healthily. But it has to look realistic too, for a very simple polish corporate look.

I cannot have my edges out or else I risk killing them, is this doable? Any ideas?

Following. My hair is falling out too from diabetes. I've been struggling to find something close to my texture.

@Didimimi Tinashe hair has a pretty good Kinky human hair wig. It was about $300 and is beautiful at 200% density. The only thing is that the wig cap comes in 1 size and it is made for small heads. If you've got a big head like me.. well we gotta keep looking LOL

Right, I have a big head too. I hope we find something. I’ve been searching for so long and can’t find much that will not affect my edges. About your hair falling out, the stress from that is real! I’m trying everything I can to stay positive but it’s eating at me and making it worst.

Here’s to finding something and becoming healthier!

I wish I could hug you both. I have PCOS and its caused my hair to go through the motions as well. It's still going through it. I don't know of any wigs you can wear . I started wrapping my hair more and try to keep my stress levels down.

I would tell you to try to stop stressing. But realistically speaking that's hard to do when your hairs falling out. So instead I'm going to tell you to start working out. Or go for walks. You have to do something to reduce your stress in the mean time until you find what you're looking for. I know it's not what you want to hear. But just doing that will help with your hair falling out a bit. It's what I've been doing. As well as being more care free. Our health comes before everything else.

I'm not a wig expert by any means but I watch YouTube and I've seen th e Outre Neesha wigs, they're inexpensive and they look really good and close to a natural texture.

Check out the headband wigs so you don’t have the stress of laying the lace. Laying the lace is the hardest part.

I second this! This is my all-time favorite wig as far as synthetic goes. The Neesha 203!

do yall think that wearing a wig like this with the headband is work appropriate?

Yes, you can switch the headband out for something plain, even black. But it depends on the work environment. I wouldn’t do it in an investment bank, for example. I love my headband wig. It is easy and effortless especially if you’re new to wigs.

I think it is...for any work environment (except in workplaces where hygiene or machinery is a concern). For the office you don't need to wear colourful headbands if it's too much, you can just wear black or dark colour ones.

Thank you, but I really cannot wear this. I’m a structural engineer and my firm is pretty high end. I have to keep things very polished and not casual.

I've heard great things about the Janet Collection Jode wig. I think I'm gonna get this next. Also watch this video because she shows how to leave a tiny bit of hair out to help mask the lace. If your hair is a similar texture, this might be an easy way of getting around "melting" the lace, baby hairs etc
