Depends on if you prefer fatty meat or lean meat. Goat is leaner. Lamb is fattier and certain parts are more tender like the shoulder and the rack.

We’re not doing this, very few things are more delicious than rack of lamb.

Depends on the cook and how it's cooked. My first boyfriend was Jamaican and his mom whew she could cook goat! I can't unfortunately but I make a few killer lamb recipes.

Lamb. It's more neutral tasting. Goat has to be cooked long ( and stewed 9 times outta 10) for it to be good in my opinion.

Depends:
Lamb gyros are amazing; however I prefer curry goat in my roti and West Indies dishes.

I just googled the difference between a lamb and a goat and basically a goat is the one we get cotton from or is that a sheep?

And a lamb is "Mary had a little lamb" kindergarten.

Wool is from a sheep. Lamb is a baby sheep, under a year old. Dem a celebrate how juicy and tender a baby sheep is.

Again showing how goat is superior :arrogant.

I'm going to go with lamb. I've had goat one time and it was good but gamey. Lamb has a strong flavor too but not in the same way.
