I have a skills test on Monday for the position of a Medical Disability Examiner. I looked at reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed and it seems like a stressful, high work load job. The job I have now is not stressful at all, I love it but the pay is laughable. I would make at least $10k more a year with this job, which still isn’t much, but I can make it work.

I really just cannot see myself working a stressful job again. I could get a part time job to supplement the one I have now, but I don’t want to work all day everyday.

Anyone have experience working as a MDE?

I have no experience as a MDE.
I "personally" will no longer trade money for mental stress & anguish. If I can do my current job with ease, my coworkers and managers are okay AND I love it, I would not.

Sometimes those reviews make the position look way more stressful than it actually is. You have to get in and judge for yourself..
