These nail polishes are all around the same price point. Retail price between $8.50-$9.50

Have you tried them all? Which nail polish (out of these three or similar price point) is the best in your opinion.

Opi, no doubt

It depend on what kind of brushes you like. Essie and zoya are too small for me, make it harder to apply imo. everybody is different though.

I love OPI's witty and cute names. I'd choose OPI>Essie>Zoya. Zoya is pretty good especially for their discounts and sales but other than that I don't really care for them much. Plus you can get OPI & Essie for half the price that you mentioned.

OPI. I love how I just have to do one pass to cover my entire nail with OPI brushes. And their formula is just creamier and smoother to me.

yeah my tjmaxx sells opi and essie for $3.99
they have a diff color every week

Damn. My TJMaxx is lacking....but yeah I see OPI & Essie on eBay for half the price in stores. Here it's like no less than $8 bucks. Also, I would choose China Glaze as my first, then OPI etc. I love the color collections from CG more than OPI. Especially their Hologlam line.

You should also check out Color Club. CG & CC are both cheaper than OPI.

Do you have a favorite shade from OPI?? My two faves are Rosy Future & Ink.

Little secret: If y'all live near a Nail Supply go there. If they ask for your license tell them your currently in nail school. Most likely you'll be able to buy - they just want your money. Opi & Essie are 4$, China Glaze is like 3$ or 2.5$.

Don't go in buying one polish neither. Buy some files and buffers too.

OPI. I don't like Most of Zoya's color range and finishes and Essie is too streaky and sometimes lack pigment.

I like both Essie and OPI. It just depends on what colours they have in the nail shop that day. If on my own, I like OPI because its thicker and heavier and seems to last longer with the right top coat. I also like Essie's light colours and the small brush they use.

Most of polishes are China Glaze. Their brushes are decent. I also like Sally Hansen brushes. Nice and wide.

OPI. Better brush, lasts longer, more smooth and consistent. I usually grab them when I find them in Marshalls or TJMaxx or something when I'm bargain shopping.

I like OPI's color palette better, but I have to wear Zoya, as their colors last longer on me. Due to the natural oils in my nail bed, I can barely go 4 hours without a chip with fresh nails, but with Zoya, sometimes I can go 2 days. Even gel nails rarely last a week on me.

I prefer Essie for the color ranges then Opi then Zoya. I am not a real China Glaze fan, I don't really know why but my favorite colors from OPI are Black Cherry Chutney and Visions of Sugarplum which was an ULTA exclusive that I tracked down.

I like Zoya and their colors and if you read about the color on the site they give a pretty accurate description of the coverage you're going to get....... but most of my colors are CG..... and I LOVE LOVE LOVE Sally Hanson's brushes....it's professional line is pretty good for a drug store brand..... like two swipes and I'm done...... I only have like one Essie out of like 150+ bottles.... wasn't too impressed with the formula but I may give it another try......

Nobody's mentioned Orly?

I prefer Orly over Essie, OPI, and Zoya. It's not that expensive, either.

I just bought a bunch of Orly minis the other day, as a matter of fact.

I really like some of the old OPI designer series range but they are near impossible to get now. They all came out before I got into nail polish. The newer DS series polishes aren't as holographic and vibrant.

i like OPI the most, especially their brushes....i don't know if its just me but Zoya gives great coverage and it self levels...meaning I could apply it a little sloppy and by the time i put on top coat, smooth as butter

OPI is probably the best out of the three. Essie's formulas can be a little tricky sometimes. However if you're into pastel colors then Essie is the way to go. Just beware that they may be a little thick and gloppy which I hate because then the polish floods your cuticles. Zoya is good but there color selection is a little generic to me.
