A Florida woman fatally blasted a mother of three in an Uber during an argument following a night of partying in Miami over the weekend, according to a report.
The alleged shooter, Natalia Harrell, 24, was out with a group of friends at a nightspot in South Beach when a male pal asked if they knew other women who would join them, Local 10 reported.
Some of the female members of the group showed them a social media account of the victim, Gladys Yvette Borcela, 28, and invited her to join the festivities.
Harrell reportedly became annoyed when Borcela began to “drink and dance” excessively and told another member of the group to “get her girl under control,” the report stated.
Around 2:15 am Saturday morning, Harrell, Borcela and five others piled into a 2020 Cadillac Escalade Uber when Harrell began arguing with Borcela, according to the outlet.
“You don’t want this; you don’t want me to go in my purse,” she allegedly told the victim.
Harrell eventually moved into the front seat before pulling out a gun and allegedly shooting Borcela once, the report stated.
According to Local 10, the mayhem was captured on video inside the Uber and showed the driver stopping the vehicle before the other occupants — except for Borcela — scattered.
She was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Harrell was arrested Tuesday and is now facing a second-degree murder charge.
A GoFundMe account for Borcela set up by her mother, Yvette Rivera, had raised $3,250 by Wednesday.
“She put her 3 beautiful children first and now they have to grow up and only hear of memories of their beautiful mother,” wrote Yvette Rivera. “I don’t even know how to tell my grand baby’s someone took their mother away from us.”
