Does anybody have any good ones? I'm talking about the kind that makes you have a glass of milk on stand by. But not too spicy to cause death, ya know?
OP, I’ve started roasting my peppers before I put in in the processor, seeds and all. I use jarred chipotle for the smokiness but I roast fresh jalapeños and habaneros.
I like this one cuz you can get whatever consistency you want (chunky—gross—or more diced). Then just add hot sauce or whatever to your taste. I like extra cilantro personally.
