Timeout For Stating Anti-Black Slurs Aren't Right.
A 6 foot man should not weigh over 185.
Black men are fat too.
This is simply not true. BMI is also a very poor indicator. I can share or send you some actual factual resources, but I assume the intent of this thread was not to address an actual issue but to gaslight and continue the gender war.....What do you get out of it?
There are no hard-stop absolutes but Somatotypes (body-types) are also not a myth.
My natural body type is Mesopmorphic. I'm 190cm tall (6'3") and 225-230lbs. My body-fat percentage is at only 13%. My body weight was also higher while not carrying excess adipose (fat tissue) and higher lean-body mass. Given I do compound heavy lifts (deadlift, squat, dumbbell bench), my body weight is also higher. I have zero mobility issues. If you are a male and have a broader, mesomorphic bone structure as well -- you can weigh more without having more or less excess body-fat. Also BMI means very little in any athletic realm.
You have to also include other very important factors West-Africans and their descendants (many African Americans) have the highest bone density in the world, second being Polynesians. This is why Osteoporosis in those of West-African (African American) women is almost unheard. East Africans a bit of a different story. Africans are not a monolith. This is also why many of those of West-African descent with lower body fat have a harder time with buyonancy (not swimming per say).
