I've been cutting calories and interminent fasting but sometimes I cheat. I think I've been depriving myself too much so I am going to increase to 1400 calories instead of 1200. I want to lose belly fat but I still want to keep my curves.

I’m working on exercising everyday & watching what I eat. I’m trying to at least be 125lbs by June. I want to be sexy for my 27th bday!

I'm 5'7 and 180 lbs. My goal weight is 165. I've lost 6 lbs last month. Hopefully I hit goal by the end of the year!

Currently I weigh 140. My goal is continue to gain muscle. My 140 actually looks 125/130. Weight is just a number sometimes. Your BMI/Body fat percentage is more important.

I feel like a giant lol! 5’8 1/2 I just say 5’9., I’m 176... Honestly I don’t want to get much smaller maybe I60-165. I was once 120 at my height and I looked sick.. I think the lowest I would go would be 150 anything below that I’m crack pipe chic!!

I will start I’m 5’7 and my current weight is 173 pounds and my goal weight is 143 pounds so I need to lose 30 pounds .... what’s your height, current weight and goal weight yall ???
5’8, 139. I’m fine where I am. No clue how OR why, but it just shed all the way off after I had my baby. I didn’t exercise or eat right. I can’t imagine breastfeeding is capable of all that. My start weight was 152. I got up to 183 in pregnancy.

I’m far from in shape though, so I am trying to convince myself to exercise and actually eat right while it’s inexplicably down.

5'8, 132 no goal weight just wish I didn't have this belly. I was 122 pre covid and had a 28inch waist now up to 30, I store ALL my weight in my stomach sh!t sucks lol. So this year I'm either investing in lipo or losing 10 lbs again.

5'5" 155 lbs currently. Goal is 20% bodyfat. My calculations tell me I have to get under 130 lbs to reach that goal.

I have a quite small frame, and extra weight does not go to the right places on me so I try to keep an eye on the scale.

my weight loss journey is so stagnant atm. i've tried the keto diet, juice fast (didn't last up to 6 days on it) and now i'm on a calorie deficit.

i can never let mysef get morbidly obese because shedding the weight will be a journey i can't be bothered to take.

I am 5"7 and weigh 13 stone and 4 pounds (186pounds). Ideal weight is 10 stone, however, if I ever get done to 11 stone I will be really happy

I've been talking about losing this weight forever. I might not go all the way down to 130. Last year I got down to 140-145 and I liked the way I looked in clothes but my belly was still too big. My boobs need to go, too. They're massive (for my shape).

You sound EXACTLY like me. The biggest thing on me is my thighs, I'm really leggy, but I'm smaller everywhere else...EXCEPT FOR THESE BIG ASS DOORKNOCKERS.

Belly and boobs, belly and boobs. We gotta get them outta here sis lmao.
