GW: 135, but I wouldn't mind getting down to 130. I really just want to be a size 4ish again. I actually started my fitness regimen back in October at 160 lb. I've been taking it slowly with a low calorie deficit + higher protein diet--I want to lose body fat but retain muscle mass.

3 pounds to go!!! I honestly thought I'd be at 135lbs by now, but apparently it's the last 10 pounds that's hardest to get rid of. I've given up on getting down to 130 because my body seems to be fighting it--I'm not going to resort to extreme dieting or exercise to get to to that weight. Feeling great!

So I finally got down to my goal weight and decided to try for another few pounds. I think I'm done with weight loss now. My focus is on lifting heavy and lowering my body fat percentage. But I can't believe that I've lost 30+ pounds! Honestly never thought I'd get here.

Once I get down to my goal weigh, I will re-evaluate. I'll probably need excess skin removal surgery. Sigh...should never have let it get that bad.

CW:245 down from 330..I gained 15lbs at the start of the pandemic and that was my turning point. I haven't revealed the glow up yet but I hope my family eats crow when they see me.

I have to provide a less-than-exciting update. I unfortunately have been going through a lot of health issues and had to get major surgery. My weight was in the 180s up until my surgery in the beginning of the year which has bloated me up to 204. A lot of it is unfortunately water weight as well as some fat gain from food cravings and limited exercise due to working from home.Height: 5'7

I’m now 115-117 and toned. Going to maintain this for a bit and then try to possibly mini bulk to add even more muscle and do a little cut right after. Can’t believe I have come this far.
