I keep hearing that Beauty Blenders aren’t the best for the price but they were all the rage a few years ago. Which makeup sponges are better than Beauty Blenders but also less expensive?

I really like the real techniques and the H&M is my fav, it's so soft. I will never rebuy a BB.

Edit : This is the H&M I'm talking about and of course this is out of stock :(

Does anyone know if Beauty Bakerie sponges or any good? I heard they were Black owned and reasonably priced. They were recommended to me.

I've been using sponges from Real Techniques for years and prefer them to the BB. They're cheaper and perform better. I've also read good things about the Shop Miss A blenders, specifically the Paw Paw Super Soft Wonder Blender ($1.55 and part of the proceeds go to support animal charities) but the AOA Wonder Blender ($1) is supposed to be good too.

I was buying real techniques sponges but came across a black sponge (dont recall the brand) from TJ Maxx that is softer and more pliable and I like it better than RT now.

I liked the Real Techniques sponges. I haven't tried them but I've heard very good things about the E.L.F makeup sponges.

The Juno and co sponge is already pretty cheap. Does Shop Miss A make it?

Yeah they make a dupe of it for either $1 or $1.88. I said the same thing, how do you dupe a sponge that's already $6 but they did and for cheaper

I found although the Real Techniques blender gets the job done, it absorbs and wastes a lot of product, tears more quickly and isn’t as robust or long lasting as my Beauty Blender.

I haven't tried it yet, but I bought some sponges from Dark Skinned Makeup Daily because of Andrea Renee's recommendation. She says it's better than beauty blender

I’m really liking the Eco tools Biodegradable sponge. The edge makes it easy to blend into the temple and create a lifted look too

Once upon a time the Beauty Blender made using sponges a more enjoyable experience and how versitaile a sponge could be for base products, but due to the price and lack of innovations, other brands that offer sponges at a marginally lower price, I can't justify spending 20 dollars for a sponge

Parroting those who said Miss A Paw Paw I have multiple multi-packs waiting for us to be gives our free to be used for some soft glam. They're marshmallow soft and retain their shape well. Will never use another sponge as long as it's available.
