Eating when I’m hungry. 1500 calories m-f; 1900 calories on the weekend. This stops me from my hitting plateaus, which I’ve been having issues with. Still in a deficit on the weekend.

Focusing on Whole Foods and no added sugar (weekdays).

Working out 4-5 week.

I really let myself go over the past few years and I’m ready to get back on track. I’ve started back exercising in the morning, just walking on the treadmill while I watch reality shows lol...

I‘m also cutting unnecessary snacking and watching my portions, using Xenadrine Pure to help and it’s working beautifully.

Currently my goal is 135. My next goal will likely be 130.

I am trying to work out daily and reduce my sugar intake. I'm 140 right now so it shouldn't be too hard. I'm 5'7".

My goal is to hit 160. I've been going to the gym every day for the last 6 weeks, lifting heaving, and mindful eating. I'm 27lbs down so far. Im gonna start doing 1400 calories a day.
