Ninja Foodi. No question. Its actually smaller than my standalone air fryer, too.

I've been looking at this brand!

It looks like the top model is the Deluxe FD401 but Walmart makes one for about $100 cheaper, model OP300

But I can't find any comparisons and tbh, I don't even know what to compare

I'm so confused

I don't know about the air fryer pressure cooker combo, but I do have a multi use air fryer. Bought it 4-5years ago. Still works wonderfully. I LOVE it. I can roast chicken, grill steak, bake, rotisserie, do shish kabobs. It came with a basket so I can put in fries on the rotisserie so they cook evenly. Has a whole bunch of settings that I still haven't used.

To clean I just take out the cast iron insert and put it in the sink.

Between that and my veggie steamer, I rarely use my oven and / or stove.

Walmart has a whole bunch of different models on clearance. Just search Multi Use Air Fryer.

I need your help! There are TOO many options!

Anybody have one they can recommend and why?
instant pot.... my pressure cooker from them is EV.ER.RY.THINGGGGGG!

I'm in the cult. To quote Mashable, "Instant Pot invented the pressure cooking game". We have pinterest boards, fb groups, dedicated cookbooks, Williams-Sonoma risotto starter kits, and etc.

NINJA ONLY "has 9 Functions: Pressure Cook, Air Fry/Air Crisp, Steam, Slow Cook, Yogurt, Sear/Saute, Bake/Roast, Broil, Dehydrate"

From looking at the measurements, the instant pot is larger in size by several inches, but IP uses stainless steel while ninja uses plastic.

Instant Pot vs. Ninja Foodi: Which pressure cooker reigns supreme?
Summary: Since the Instant Pot Duo Crisp + Air Fryer includes a lower price point, more cooking functions, and a removable lid, most people will prefer it over the Foodi Deluxe. But, the Foodi is still a stellar appliance, so if you can find a good deal on a Ninja Foodi, you shouldn’t count it out. You’ll likely be happy with either appliance, given they both offer so much functionality.

IP Duo Crip has a removable air frying lid...Ninja does not.

Ninja doesn’t come with all the accessories one might need and is heavy and bulky. The fact that the air frying lid is non-removable can be a nuisance.

Choose Instant Pot DUO Crisp If…
  • You don’t want to spend too much on the air frying features
  • You want the support of the IP community
  • You want the slow cooking functionality
  • You like that the lids are completely removable
  • You want durable, stainless steel accessories
Choose the other one if…
  • You like to cook large quantities of crispy foods
  • The dehydration function is important for your current needs
  • You’re not bothered by the annoying non-removable air fryer lid
Ninja Fodi is a pressure cooker, but it is not as advanced as the DUO Crisp and it doesn’t have the support of such a strong community. It’s also more focused on the tender and crisp functionality than on cooking in general.

So, if you want access to a wide range of recipes, with all sorts of ingredients, the DUO Crisp remains the better choice.

Seconding this! I barely use my stove anymore since getting a Foodi.

Thirding! I have the 11-1. I haven’t touched my air fryer since I purchased the Ninja.

The only con is the fryer lid isn’t detachable. I purchased silicone “thingie” that allows me to rest the pressure cooker attachment on top.

I have the Ninja Foodi, and I love it. I also have an InstaPot, but I stopped using it entirely when I got the Ninja Foodi with the air fryer. It's great (I'm using it to make a lamb roast right now).

Thanks everyone!

I'm going to do more research before buying but I'm mainly looking for an air fryer with pressure cooking ability

Both IP and Ninja seem to be too bulky for my liking but it looks like you can't sacrifice the size without sacrificing functionality

Got some work to do!

Good luck! I didn't mention it before, but you're right about the size. I keep my Ninja Foodi stored in a kitchen hutch when it's not in use because it is DEFINITELY bulky and takes up a lot of counter space.
