A. If it didnt have all the bars, i would LOVE something like that (though I do wish it had washer/dryer in unit).

I would do the mobile home but in Cali they nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING. And it's really hard for you to get your landlord to fix anything (plus the structure of those are not great). And if you want to make any changes, you need a $200 permit.

I would do option A for a year and save the extra $200 for a down payment on a tiny home in a safer community year. Like someone said trailer parks are not safe. You will own the tiny house and can live in a safer community than the trailer park.

Well with that budget you can only afford option A

This. If your budget is 1000 ... you should be able to pay all your bills on that. Laundry isn't that expensive and 75 per month for parking is cheap. With utilities it may actually cost you 1000 per month.

The mobile home actually looks pretty nice. I'd choose that one.
Mobile home. Its not like it's shabby or in bad shape. IDC about stigmas. I want my peace and quiet.
I rather have noise with the security of being in an apartment building than a mobile home with little to no security.

If I was a guy or lived with a very large one AND a gun I might consider the mobile home. Even then I wouldn’t feel safe.
Get a gun
Mobile home hands down. It's is really nice, with tons of amenities, and in budget.
Friends may crack jokes until they see inside.
As along as those in the neighborhood are friendly or stick to themselves and keep the outside looking nice, I'm all in.
Folks can crack jokes all they want.

I cant do roommates. Me and my pet cat going in that mobile home.
If your budget is only $1000, how can C, D, and E be options?
Funny thing is in real life, many ppl make choices like that though. hence why so many get into financial issues. But I guess folks would get roommates.

but I cant do that. I need my alone time.
